Some Frequently Asked Group Questions

Do you offer group rates?

 Yes we do.  Group rates are available for fifteen or more prepaid admissions.  



How much time should we plan on spending at The Holy Land Experience? 

 We recommend a full day, to experience most of what we offer.


♦  Park hours are 10:00AM to 6:00PM, Tuesday through Saturday.


♦  Holy Land Experience is closed on Sunday and Monday, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.



When is the best time to visit The Holy Land Experience?

♦  Weekdays are best.  January, February, May, September and October are generally less busy.



How far in advance should I plan on booking my group?

♦  To ensure your space, you should book, and pay in full, at least four weeks ahead of your visit.


♦  Group reservations are subject to availability.



What types of payment do you accept for group tickets?

♦  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and organizational checks.  Personal checks or cash are not accepted for Group Sales.


♦   All of the tickets must be purchased in a single payment.


♦   Additional tickets may be purchased at regular gate prices upon arrival, or on our website.



Where do I pick up my group’s tickets? Do you mail them?

♦  We do not mail out tickets. You will receive your Group tickets the day of your scheduled arrival.


♦  If you arrive later than 10:30am, and there are no Group Sales personnel available, you may go to Guest Services (to the left of the Main Entrance) for assistance.


♦  Tickets will be under your confirmation number, group name, and group leader name.



Can we bring backpacks or pull-behind luggage?

♦  For the safety and comfort of all our Guests, we allow only small purses entering the Park. Thank you for leaving your backpacks and luggage in your vehicles.



Can our group bring a picnic inside the park?

♦  No outside food is allowed in the park. 

    (Exceptions are made for those with medically necessary dietary needs, and for infants.)


  Groups may use their tickets to exit the park for lunch and to re-enter at the main entrance.



Do you have a group meal option?

♦  Yes, pre-paid meals with a minimum order of fifteen of are available for your Group.  They must be reserved and purchased along with your group tickets in advance.


 This option is recommended for a quick turn-around, so you have more time to enjoy the experience!  Ask your friendly Group Sales representative for details.




Do groups or buses have to pay for parking?

No, parking is FREE for everyone, including Buses! 

    Bus Drop Off is located in front of the Ticket Booth, location #6 on the map, to the right of the entrance turnstile.


 ♦ If your Group is planning on staying until at least 5:30pm, Bus Pick-Up is at location #41.  Otherwise, your Bus may pick you up at the main entrance.



     Does The Holy Land Experience have Wheelchairs? 

No, The Holy Land Experinece does not provide wheelchairs, scooters or strollers.  Guests are welcome to provide their own as needed.  The Holy Land Experience is fully A.D.A. compliant in regard to wheelchair access to major attractions; we are handicap friendly.
