• All passes purchased at this site will be held for pickup at the Holy Land Experience Guest Services Office.
• Please check our hours of operation before purchasing tickets as The Holy Land Experience is normally closed on Sunday, New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
• Online ticket prices may be lower priced than tickets purchased at the gate. Please go to the main Tickets  page for a comparison of ticket prices.
• At this time, we are only able to accept credit cards from United States issuing banks. Please enter your street address and zip code exactly as listed on your billing statement for valid confirmation.
  
• Tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Please be advised that ticket purchases are non-refundable.
• Children 5 and under are FREE.
