Do you offer group rates?
v Yes, group rates are available for advance purchase with a minimum of ten paid admissions.
Do you have birthday party packages?
v No, we do not offer any birthday or other special event packages.
How much time should we plan on spending at the Holy Land Experience?
v A full day is required to experience the majority of what we offer.
v Park hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday.
v Holy Land Experience is closed on Sundays and Mondays, New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
When is the best time to visit Holy Land Experience?
v Weekdays in January, February, May, September and October are generally less busy than other times.
How far in advance should I plan on booking my group?
v You must book and pay in full at least four weeks ahead of your visit, but planning should begin 2-3 months out.
v Group reservations are subject to availability.
When is my group payment due?
v Full payment is due at the time of booking and no later than four weeks in advance.
What types of payment do you accept for group tickets?
v We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and organizational checks. Personal checks or cash are not accepted.
v All of the tickets must be purchased in a single payment.
v Additional tickets may be purchased at regular gate prices upon arrival or in advance on our website.
Where do I pick up my group’s tickets? Do you mail them?
v We do not mail out tickets.
v Upon your arrival in the morning one of our Group Sales Representatives (wearing a black shirt) will be near the drop-off area in front of the Ticket Booth with your tickets. If you arrive by bus, they will meet you on the bus.
v If no Group Sales personnel are available, you may go to Guest Services (to the left of the Main Entrance) for assistance.
v Tickets will be under your confirmation number, group name, and group leader name.
Can our group bring a picnic inside the park?
v No outside food is allowed in the park. (Exceptions are made for those with medically restricted diets and infants.)
v Groups are welcome to exit the park for lunch and come back in using their tickets at the main entrance.
Do you have a group meal option?
v Yes, pre-paid meals are available for groups with a minimum order of ten of either chicken sandwich meal or veggie meal.
v We recommend it for a quick turn-around so you have more time to enjoy the experience!
v Group meal options must be reserved and purchased along with your group tickets at least four weeks in advance.
Do groups or buses have to pay for parking?
v No, parking is FREE for everyone!
v Buses drop off in front of the Ticket Booth and pick up at location #41 on the map.
