Do you offer group rates?
Yes. Group rates apply to groups of ten or more people.
How much time should we plan on spending at Holy Land Experience?
We are a full day experience so please plan to spend at least one full day to experience the majority of what we have to offer. Park hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. The Holy Land Experience is closed on Sunday (and Monday beginning March 12), Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
What is the minimum number of paid admissions needed to receive the group rate?
You must have at least 10 paid admissions to receive the group rate.
When is the best time to visit Holy Land Experience?
We advise you to visit us on weekdays when the park is less busy.
How far out should I plan on booking my group?
We advise you to book your group resevation at least 4 weeks in advance of your actual visit. Space is subject to availability.
When is my group payment due?
Full Payment is due at the time of booking and no later than 4 weeks in advance of your visit.
What type of payment do you accept for group tickets?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and checks. We will not accept cash for group bookings. Payment must be made in one transaction for all of the tickets. Multiple individual payments are not accepted. Any last minute additions must purchase tickets at the full gate price upon arrival.
Where do I pick up my group tickets or do you mail them?
You will pick up your group tickets upon arrival in the Guest Services Office which is located on the left hand side of the main entrance. Tickets will be listed under your confirmation number, group name, and the group leader's name. We do not mail out tickets. Bus drop off and pick up is at Location #41 on the park map.
Do you have a group meal option?
Yes, we have a pre-paid meal option available for groups of 10 or more. The minimum lunch order must be 10 of the chicken sandwich meal or veggie meal. These can be purchased in conjunction with group rate tickets. The pre-paid meal options must be reserved and paid for no late than four weeks prior to arrival date..
Can our group bring a picnic inside the park?
No outside food is allowed in the park. The only outside food allowed will be for nurturing mothers, diabetics and anyone with a very strict diet due to medical reasons. However, your group is welcome to leave for lunch and come back in with their tickets. Exit at Location #41 and the bus will be parked across the street in bus parking. When you are finished then come back through the Main Gate, Location #5, on your park map.
Do buses or groups have to pay for parking?
No, parking is FREE for everyone!
Do you offer a birthday party option for groups?
The Holy Land Experience does not offer birthday packages. However, those age 6 and older may receive a 50% discount on the daily admission if you visit the Holy Land Experience on your birthday. Just bring proof of your birthday to Guest Services (Example: drivers license, passport, birth certificate). If the Holy Land Experience is closed on your birthday, then the discount will apply if you visit the day before or the day after your birthday.
