Pastor Chris and Julie Dutruch are blessed to be the Senior Pastors of Celebration of Praise.  Pastor Chris Dutruch has ministered at numerous camp meetings and conferences all across America.  Throughout his ministry, he has served as an evangelist, senior pastor, and most recently, as the Regional Evangelism and Home Missions Director for the Church of God in Delmarva D.C.
